i just watched \"crushes and social anxiety\". thought it was wonderful. i have most of the same problems, altough it is reversed about likeing someone and getting no responding actions. no talking, no body language and more of the same. i absolutely suck at gatherings i can\'t converse in a crowd. one on one interaction works for me becaue i\'ve found that people are surprised abot the things i can talk about once the line of cummication has been opened. phones for me are the same. get to the point and hang up. i grew up as a military brat and moving every 2 to 3 years reeally messed up how i was supposed to interact with people. i can always find guys to talk to very easy. females are another story all together. i hear mentally the \"thank god sigh\" when i don\'t try to talk with a lady at any type of meeting. so enough of this. thanks for the video. i hope you have worked it out by now! nomadicpast
