Hi guys
I'm Krista, 24 and from Manchester. I suffer from various anxiety disorders and depression. Sadly, as I'm sure many of you know yourselves, mental illness carries a great deal of loneliness and isolation, so I'm here to chat to fellow sufferers and help in anyway I can
