The search function asks for postal code and search radius, it doesn't work. I really don't like having to search through pages from half the country to find someone local. It is irritating, misleading and demonstrates a very basic level of design incompetence on this site.

How do you really feel?

We have not seen the problem you are describing, and no other member has raised it as an issue...but clearly we do not want this type of experience for our members.

Please send your (exact) search criteria to (removed) so that we can try to replicate your search to see what is happening.

We have a location system in place, and it does use distance from zip code to find members.

If you are seeing members outside the distance you entered, then we need to look into what is happening.

`Sorry for sounding so testy, but every time I try to use the 25 miles from zipcode K2H7R4, I get profiles from Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and farther afield. There are a few from more or less my area, but they are buried in hundreds of other profiles.
