Better understanding for introverts

I am an introvert, as many of you around here. For my art school graduation, I came up with the idea to create a movie about being an introvert. First I had the idea to make a manual for introverts to become more extroverted. Because that's what the world expects from us. But the more I read about being introverted, I realized that introverts can't really change and that we shouldn't change at all!
Up till now I base everything I know about introversion on my own experience and what a read in books and online. But to make my movie more complete, I would like to hear stories from other introverts. Are there any introverts who want to share their story with me?
