I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I joined this group not because I'm shy but bc I used to be shy and i understand how that feels. I got over my shyness with the aid of cbt and hypnosis. Now I am a licensed therapist and cerified clinical hypnotherapist, specializing in anxiety and depression.
