Anxiety Pills, Still Shy

Hello shy peoples!

I think the reason I'm shy is because I don't like to start conversations with people. I also get very bored and don't breathe as much when a boring conversation comes up, so I might have trouble thinking or get dizzy. Then there's the people with super important things to say that aren't really important at all. Then there's half of the women I've ever talked to thinking I'm hitting on them. I also don't want to look like a creeper who stares at every good looking girl I see, and there aren't too many. Maybe it's because I take a month before I get halfway comfortable around someone, then I start talking a lot, and the person only liked me because I was quiet.

Soo, anyways, if any (smart, attractive) girl my age wants to help me develop a secret AI and robotics project in a close and committed equal relationship, maybe we can arrange something.

How does that seem? OK?

What kind of robots you build? Or you study it in university?

I know /of/ girls who are into robots... I'm about to go to college for computer science and try to find someone there... I don't build robots yet, but I am friends with a couple guys who are experts in machining and computer security, so it will happen soon. I guess it's an "Aspergian Obsession" of mine.

`Oky, nice to read your reply. I have to google what is "Aspergian Obsession". I think it is cool when you try to build robots or something, in Discovery channel there was/ is cool show where cars drive by computer and sensors. Have you seen it?

Yes, it was a very interesting show, even though their AI techniques were more primitive than I had expected. Very good that the govt gave them a chance to compete anyway. It seemed like there were not enough episodes though!

`Thanks. It's funny how people stop taking you seriously if you mention intelligent robots, like it's not possible or something. I've been checking out all sorts of dating sites, but most women don't want anything serious, they want to be amused. I don't amuse people by text, as a rule. I'm pretty much completely different in text form from any other form of communication.
