this is not something I do. ever. I'm really not looking for a romantic rendezvous right now- I wouldn't rule out the possibility entirely. I like to meet new people but I rarely do, and in public I appear like a buffoon (rather good-natured but nonetheless). I'm really just seeking out someone like myself to talk to and have a friendship with and then see what blooms. I know that sounds hokey. but anything I'm going to type will sound hokey! not shy to the point of being paralyzing but it's still troublesome. but if I like you I'll warm up to you fast. Oh, thanks prompt: I joined this website because I feel like I am missing something from my life and I feel that this may be a feeble attempt to recompensate. Uh, what else. I think my shyness level has already been discussed- I talk to you once I feel comfortable enough but establishing that may take a little work. Lastly, I'd like to gain one good friend (perhaps more? I dunno- eyes to the future!) from this website. Someone to write things to. Someone, one day, to eat cheese with. If I just get a few new friends, that's cool too! haha what is this something really hot business?
