A dating site for the socially awkward, what could possibly go wrong?

Trying to meet a pleasant, down-to-Earth girl, preferably within a reasonable distance. This could be for friendship or hopefully something more.

I am socially inhibited but can hold a conversation if I click with somebody.

I'm no oil painting but I'm tall, dark and can scrub up reasonably well when I have to.

Having worked solidly these past few years, I've recently taken a break to spend time with my sickly father and my family.
