I'm writing this at the end of my workday when my brain is rather the consistency of oatmeal, so please allow me a little bit of room for nonsense and rambling.

I find it hard to describe myself, actually. In fact, I am somewhat of a chameleon whose personality changes in at least small ways depending on who I am with. Some tried and true staples of my personality are probably just the typical stuff you would find on such a site for shy and introverted people: I like to read, to watch movies, to contemplate life, to be alone, to go for long walks. I like hiking and exercise.

Some perhaps more unique stuff:
Favorite sights: the sun shining through the leaves in the forest, the sun sparkling off the water, hanging laundry.
Favorite sounds: Old women laughing, running water, rain hitting a window, trains running along the track.
Favorite smells: baking bread, the world after it rains, fabric softener, brewing coffee, cut grass.

Currently, I'm an English teacher in South Korea. I've been here about 3 years now...but that's not a permanent locale for me, just where I happen to be at the moment.

I'm looking for someone to share this life with.
