waiting patiently Hey there!

So, I'm not too comfortable describing my social anxiety issues here, but I'm an open book... ask and I will answer.

I'm a giving person and I put others ahead of myself more often than not. I'm tolerant, loyal, honest, down to earth and reasonably laid back. I enjoy music, writing, nature, reading, art, film, a, comedy, politics, sarcastic humour, verbal sparing and banter and a good laugh.

I enjoy making genuine connections with others; sharing my world view with them, and learning theirs. Unfortunately, feeling the way I currently do about meeting new people, makes finding these genuine connections a rare occurrence.

I have very high expectations for myself, sometimes so high I often don't reach them; but I look on life as a journey of self development and awareness, so I'm not too hard on myself. I'm well aware of my imperfections and faults and with time I�ve started to accept the ones I can't change.

As independent as I am, to an extent I'm driven by intimacy (like I think all people are). Because of this, I crave a deeper connection with, and understanding of my partner... I need to be understood, and accepted in turn.
