Hi, I have suffered from anxiety for many years, I have three beautiful sons, aged, 15, 17 and 21, the younger two live with me 50% of the time. Although I suffer from social anxiety I still manage to work part time and lead a fairly normal life. I enjoy quiet nights in maybe watching a good movie and having a nice meal also like going for nice walks especially by the sea.I love spending time with my sons.i do yoga and meditation (TM) which helps with my anxiety.
