I'm Paul. I'm 27 years old and I enjoy Reading, relaxing, thinking about and exploring philosophical and spiritual concepts, longboarding, cooking, exercising, health, happiness, music and many other things.
I can be quite shy and introverted / introspective but have come to terms with this and am building confidence in my own way.
Life is a journey and on my journey I've learned that theres no point trying to be like others or try to live up to what I think other people expect of me. Its better to just go with the flow accept people for what they are and hope that others will do the same for me.
I'm quite abstract in my thinking and like to be creative with my thinking.
In the past I've worked and trained as a chef and a tree surgeon and now I want to retrain again but havn't quite decided what to do yet.
Iv'e spent a lot of time in the last few years exploring and learning about alternative therapies and would like to do something in that area.
I enjoy spending time with friends but sometimes I like to spend time alone as well.
