Slightly Shy Hi, Even though I struggle many times with Anxiety & Shyness and assume you do as well. I feel it could be something we work on together. A long term relationship is my goal. I honestly feel taking care of oneself both physically and mentally keeps everything at an even keel and optomistic. Its how I've been living for almost 3 years. I don't drink or smoke but don't expect my new friend / partner to be totally abstinence. (Well a no smoker please.) I've trained and ran marathons, by any means i'm not a fanatic. I'm very passionate and authentic. Love my job and company. It fits me well. Anxiety has made me vulnerable to piers and others. It's fun (not).
I'm looking for a woman that loves her body, soul and mind and has a good idea what it takes to take care of all of these. Via exercise, great nutrition and moderation or even abstinence of foods and chemicals. But also loves the fun, Travel, Discovery of new things and places. Try new foods and drinks.
Oh ice cream / chocolate at times to. Heck i'm human. With a darn sweet tooth.
