I have anxiety issues like pretty much everyone here, with a bit of depression thrown. I allowed that stuff to ruin my life before finally turning a big corner on 1/1/13. The past 2 years have involved a ridiculous amount of willpower and drive, as will the next 2 years. But change seems to have a snowball effect.
