Outgoing Anxiety It can be a frustrating mix. I'm generally a pretty laid back guy with a good sense of humor; easy to get along with, friendly, intellectual, artistic, all that good stuff... but I have frequent problems with anxiety, which impacts my ability to make the most of what I see as a pretty good personality.

I suffer from panic attacks occasionally, though I've been able to maintain so I don't go running out of a store or anything. I spend a lot of time alone, unfortunately. It's very difficult to find a woman who either "gets it" or is at least comfortable with it.

I'd love to meet, or at least create a good friendship through communication with, a woman who knows what this stuff's all about.
