How shy am I? There is a question with an answer hard to explain. I go through phases - one minute I am full of confidence and ready to assert myself, then when it comes down to it I am suddenly right back in my shell and wasting everybody`s time!
Unsurprisingly then, I feel more shy around women who are also shy as I dont feel the need to be assertive and find them more likely to understand my shyness and no where I am coming from
