Good Grief... I'm not really shy as such, just your classic introvert really. I'm not lonely, I'm just a loner. I've had a few meaningful long term relationships in my time, which didn't work out for one reason or another, so I do appreciate the company of others.
I can handle my own in conversations and never feel too awkward around new people, but I struggle to make connections with the people I meet. Once I do connect, however, a strong bond gets formed. So I have a small group of trusted friends, who I see every so often.
I just feel at times that there aren't that many people who I can relate to in this regard, so was just wanting to see if maybe there were other people out there who felt the same as me, who fit the introvert description? Anyway, I don't want to over share, so contact me if you're interested.
