shy athletic male seeks love Hi, I'm 41 and ended a 12 year relationship around 4 months ago. I want to share experiences/trips/occasions with a similar aged female.In the last 4 months i have taken up running, I run a 5km and a 10km once a week. I have lost around 3 stones in weight and got myself into the healthiest shape i've ever been.I eat healthily and feel great for it and full of energy.

The thing is i've never really been very outgoing, quiet pubs with good company is ok but a busy noisy pub or a club would get me running another 5km !!.

If there are any fellow runners/joggers out there then i'd be very interested to meet you. I will try anything once so if you fancy doing something you've never had the courage to do then we'll try it together.

My friends/work colleagues would not believe i'm a shy person but i am until i get to know someone. I'd love to get to know you and if we can awkwardly stumble through the first few dates then hopefully things could blossom.
