I am a friendly, nice guy, although I get easily nervous, and have a lot of social anxieties, I am a sensitive guy. I am looking for a lady who is sensible, intelligent and kind. She would have to have empathy or understanding of me. I am very nervous within social situations, and can often become withdrawn into my own shell. I would like a lady to open the doors to me, to help me to express myself. I would like to find a lady to is able to understand me, that I might appear to be distance or cold, because I am afraid of a commitment, in some respects I maybe a commitment phobic, and she would have to deal with the barriers around myself that I put up. Even though I often do these type's of self sabataging behaviours, I am a warm guy behind the "mask", I would like her to see me through that. I can be somewhat uptight, and I would like her to be able to help me to relax. I am a kind of guy who could be very loyal, and commitment but I need a woman who is stable, and well balanced. She would need to be confident, in herself, and very strong will. I tend to be somewhat emotional, and I would need to have a lady who can comfort and help me to calm down from my moods. I would need her to empathise with me, and care about me. I can be very nervous and panicky and then I feel angry with myself about this but she would need to accept me for who I am. Not what other people want me to be. She would need to be able to allow me to express myself and listen. I would like her to be a good listener, and an optimistic personality. Someone who I can trust and can keep things confidential, and I can feel that I can be myself with and that I can relax with. Often I feel I can't express myself with people or relax in there company and I would need to feel that she would understand me, and that I could relax in her company. She would need to be very strong to deal with the many issues and conflicts, pressures and anxieties that are around me, and situations in my life
