Apathetic About Associates I'm a bit of an introvert. While I don't feel comfortable in a large crowd, I don't mind dealing with groups. But the larger a group gets, the less likely I am to attempt to engage them in a meaningful way.

Given a single person, within a few hours I can figure out if they're the sort of person I would want to have a place in my life, be it casual friend, drinking buddy, or whatever. Given a group of more than two or three people, I wouldn't be able to identify a future best friend if they were to talk about my hobbies with more passion than I speak of them myself.

I'm not a soulless bastard, but I feel like one when I try to fit in with the crowd.

My main hobby is writing fiction, for which I've gotten a small amount of recognition. Also, like many men in my age group, I've got a certain fondness for video games.

My career is largely unimportant, except that it affords me more than fair amounts of time off while also not being thoroughly demanding.

If I had to say what I'm looking for, I'll admit that it's not much... I'm looking for some Yin to the overwhelming Yang in my life. If a meeting proves to be nothing more than fond friendship visited every few weeks, it's still a boon to my beleaguered soul.
