I am looking for others whom have the struggles that I have been having over the past few years of my life. It will give me peace of mind to know that I am not alone in this struggle.
I have suffered with social anxiety for a very long time. I picked up OCD along the way as I came into my adult years probably as a product of the anxiety eating away at me. Anxiety keeps me terribly isolated and in that isolation I have created lots of rituals and habits to pass the time.
I as others, have my good attributes too though. I have many talents, am very intelligent, and as strange as it may sound,can really get a thrill from being social, adventurous, or daring.Thus, why I have so much anger resulting from the anxiety. Due to this anxiety, I am withholding the essence of my personality from existance by closing myself off from world.
