Lonely, seeking a like mind... It's so hard for people like me to find others of a similar mind to get to know... I'm a game designer, a programmer, and a deep thinker of sorts, I suppose.
I am shy and nervous (of course; I am on this site after all), to a strong degree, and I seek someone who shares these 'weaknesses' because I feel stronger when with such people rather than when around confident people.

I dislike many of the things that young people seem to enjoy. Parties, drinking, concerts, etc are all repugnant to me, and I'd want someone who feels the same way. This isn't to say I'm boring or anything, necessarily; I just prefer to discuss ideas and be creative than to lose my mind from drugs or go to wild, shallow gatherings of other people or whatever.

I find it difficult to even so much as get out of the house and I still live with my parents, but this is getting embrassing and I'd like to improve... but I can't do it alone. If I were to move out, it'd be into a place with someone else, but since I'm lacking in friends at the moment, that's sort of hard.

So, uh... yes. I don't like people who claim to be 'bubbly' and 'outgoing' (like so many people on other dating sites I've looked at, O woe! D: ), and I don't want someone to 'have fun' with either. I'm looking for a deeper bond than that.

Also though, I don't like people who are forceful and cruel; I have a deep empathy for others and it upsets me deeply when people are hurt or don't consider others' feelings...

I study personalities, as I think a lot of introverted people might, and, uh, I like the 'Four Temperaments' thing... By that system, I'm melancholic/phlegmatic, and would like someone similar to that... yes.

So, uh, I'd not claim I'm anything I'm not and hate to brag... I don't like people who brag.
I want someone who feels weak and scared and nervous a lot, so then we could help eachother overcome things...
And ideally, I'd want to meet someone without friends, like me...
